Project Dragonfly CIC

Supporting children, young people and families with their emotional wellbeing.

We really need your help!

We're really sorry to ask but...

Like so many right now, Project Dragonfly CIC is under immense financial strain, and we don't have the resources to continue to function. We therefore have felt no choice but to ask for direct fundraising to allow us to continue our vital work for young people and families with their mental wellbeing.

We have created a JustGiving page where a contribution from you big or small can make a real difference to us.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower children and young people to develop and maintain healthy emotional mental well-being, by engaging them in building resilience and confidence.

Who we are

The Dragonfly Project comprises education, health and youth support specialists professionals.

We have over 40 years of combined experience in working and supporting children, young people and families with their emotional wellbeing

This includes primary and secondary teachers, anti-bullying specialist and specialist community public health nurses.

What we do

Through our professional experiences of working directly with families and young people, we have recognised that there is a lack of supporting agencies and additional services available within South Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties to facilitate their needs regarding their emotional reliance and wellbeing.

Our aim is to provide fun interactive group work, workshops and one off sessions for individuals, families, community groups and schools addressing areas such as mindfulness, emotional resilience, sleep and bullying issues.

Our goal

The Project was created through our passion, common commitment and goal to provide the support required to improve and manage the emotional wellbeing of these children, young people and their families.
